Education Rooted in Family Support
We are excited to share that Dydier, a student from Santo Domingo Xenacoj, recently began an internship at Pixel Productions! Dydier has stood out as a committed, responsible student with a strong desire to grow and succeed. In addition to supporting his parents in creating traditional handicrafts, he has participated in hockey, a relatively uncommon sport in Guatemala, which has helped him develop discipline, teamwork, and confidence through new experiences. Thanks to his dedication and strong academic performance, he has made the most of the scholarship support provided by the foundation. He continues to embrace every opportunity for personal and professional growth and hopes to begin his university studies next year. Dydier is taking another important step toward his professional future while continuing to support his family. We are proud to see our students opening doors to new opportunities and building meaningful futures for themselves and their communities.
-HIGHLIGHT EVENT –
Meso ́s Got Talent 2026 More than a talent show
On April 23, the school successfully held its Got Talent event, a space where students were able to showcase and explore their talents in areas such as public speaking, writing, sculpture, painting, music, and dance. This year especially stood out for the high level of participation across different disciplines, reflecting the students’ enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment. Beyond being a presentation, the activity gave students an opportunity to express themselves, build confidence, and develop both academic and artistic skills, making it a meaningful experience for their personal growth.

Supporting students’ well-being.
Our therapy space is now fully active and supporting students on a daily basis. Made possible last year through CAUKIN Studio, a global collective of volunteers who design and build educational spaces, the room provides a calm and safe environment for psychological support. Our psychologist, Rocío, works with students through individual and group sessions, strengthening emotional resilience and wellbeing. This reflects our belief that emotional care is fundamental to learning.– GET TO KNOW OUR MESO COMMUNITY –

(Local Brands Team)

The Local Brands team at Pixel, Meso Foundation’s creative agency, focuses on supporting and growing the organization’s in-house brands. They help bring every Meso brand to life through creativity, storytelling, and heart. From Colegio Mesoamericano and Meso Eats to Meso Trading Post and brands like Kelas and Chaco, their work can be seen throughout the Meso community.
Behind the videos, social media posts, reels, printed materials, and stories shared with families is a team that pours creativity, care, and intention into every detail. More than creating content, they help celebrate moments, strengthen each brand’s identity, and support the mission that makes Meso feel like home for so many families.

This is the first edition, a space to introduce small, intentional practices that support emotional wellbeing.
Did you know that just a few minutes of mindfulness each day can help you stay present, reduce stress, and improve focus?
It’s about being in the here and now, welcoming each moment and noticing how we feel. Whether it’s conscious breathing, mindful eating, or even walking with awareness, these small moments can make a real difference.
At Meso Foundation, we believe that small, intentional habits create lasting impact in learning and in life.
