Since July, our partnership with CAUKIN STUDIO
has brought volunteers from around the world to help us build a new playground.

Colegio Mesoamericano’s 26th Anniversary!
This July, Colegio Mesoamericano, the School of Meso, celebrated its 26th anniversary!
We kicked o the festivities with a lively mariachi band welcoming the kids to school.
The day continued with a fantastic orchestra performance, adorable shows by our little ones, and a big cake that we all enjoyed together.
The teachers sang “Happy Birthday” and helped blow out the candles.
Our anniversary was a wonderful reminder that despite the challenges we’ve faced and the many changes we’ve made, we’re still standing strong.It’s a celebration of our resilience and a reminder that we have so much more to learn and grow.

Pixel’s Day at Mesoamericano!
Pixel team, the creative agency owned by the Meso Foundation, recently visited Colegio Mesoamericano!
It was an inspiring day as the web, design, and content teams each spent time with different groups of students.
They talked about their unique roles and gave a behind-the-scenes look at life in a creative agency.
The students loved connecting with the Pixel professionals, hearing their personal stories, and discovering how they’ve tackled various challenges along the way. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to learn and be inspired!

Elmer Juárez
(Part of the Web Team at Pixel & Colegio Mesoamericano)
Elmer, affectionately known as “Profe,” has been an integral part of both Colegio Mesoamericano since 2018 and Pixel since 2023. His passion for teaching and technology was especially invaluable during the transitionto online classes due to COVID-19 in 2020.
Elmer’s dedication to helping and teaching extends beyond the school walls, earning him the beloved nickname “Profe” even in Pixel.
Elmer shares his experience at Colegio Mesoamericano with heartfelt words:
“From the first day I joined, I felt at home in a warm and professional work environment. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow alongside an extraordinary team, made up of committed, talented, and always collaborative individuals. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me, which has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge. I especially want to highlight the support of Ing. Julio Salazar, Raquel Salazar, and Shayla Grijalva.
The trust and motivation they have given me have been fundamental to my professional growth. I feel deeply thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this institution, where I have learned a lot, gained valuable experiences, and formed cherished friendships.”
